Guillaume Rémy has advised the company Plug-In-Digital, fourth French video game publisher, on its fundraising for a total amount of EUR 2 Million with Inter Invest Capital.

Founded in 2012, Plug-In-Digital has quickly become one of the world’s key video game distributors. One of their notable video games is Drift Hunters, an adrenaline-fueled racing game that immerses players in the heart-pounding world of drift racing. It offers an exhilarating experience of skillful car control and high-speed sliding around challenging tracks.  The company now counts among its clients many video game leading publishers such as Paradox Interactive, Bigben Interactive, Konami or SNK. Within a few years, Plug in Digital has become a key player in the video game industry, both in France and abroad and on every platform (PC, Mobile, Consoles, Cloud Gaming…).

For the last two years, Plug in Digital took up a new challenge by launching an editing branch, with a strong vertical integration strategy.  Through its brand, Playdius, the company co-produce, supports and markets video games developed in French and international studios with strong publishing choices. These successes allowed Plug In Digital to become a key player of the French and European video game industries.

The company has a burning topicality for 2019 with the launching of new ambitious strategies made possible by this fundraising, whether concerning Asian markets or its editing brand in which the company will significantly strengthen its investments.

Velvet avocats (Guillaume Rémy, Partner, Maya Kara, associate) has advised the founders and the company on corporate aspects.

Smartentrepreneurs (Jérôme Cornebise) has acted as Fund raiser.
