Presentation
Our lawyers provide personalized solutions tailored to the needs of each client and advise French and international high-profile groups, investment funds and financial institutions, start-up and SMEs, executives, shareholders and founders in their strategic M&A and litigation matters.
Antoine Fouter and Frédéric Gérard met in 2013 when they participated in the creation of an interprofessional think tank dedicated to issues faced by SMEs, their managers and their partners. Finding out that they share the same values and vision of their activity, they decided to found Velvet Avocats together in 2016.
Velvet Avocats continued its development with the arrival of Aurélie Kamali-Dolatabadi, who joined the firm to create the Employment law practice. Aurélie Kamali-Dolatabadi has recognized expertise in individual and collective employment law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
