A member of the Paris Bar since November 2022, Tito Vargas holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris. He joined Velvet Avocats in December 2023, where he works in the Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Raising department.
Tito has benefited from a number of experiences in Paris with French business law firms and companies, notably in the new technologies sector. He works in French, English and Spanish.
