Guillaume Rémy advised the managers of the Carel group, a historical brand specializing in the high-end shoes, in the context of the investment by Mirabaud Capital Vivant.
This investment has been carried out in equity and concomitantly with the exit of 123 Venture from the group, the managers remaining majority stakeholders.
The turnover of the group is now +EUR10m, mainly with shoes for women (Carel and Accessoire Diffusion) and for men (Carvil),
This investment by the fund managed by former minister Renaud Dutreil intends to help Carel in its international development (notably Europe, US and Asia) and to develop Carvil as well as new lines of products, always based on the premium quality / price ratio typical to Carel, all shoes of which are made in Europe.
